The Young Employment Relations Networking Society invites all those who are young and young at heart to hear from professionals working across the public and private sectors as they discuss their career journeys, the differences between sectors, and opportunities available to students and graduates in a panel-style discussion.

The discussion will be followed by networking, giving attendees the opportunity to meet speakers and other professionals working in employment and industrial relations.

PUBLIC SECTOR

JULIA G.

Julia G. is an experienced industrial and employee relations professional with almost a decade of experience across the Queensland public sector. She is currently an Employee Relations Specialist at TAFE Queensland, with extensive expertise in industrial relations, enterprise bargaining, negotiation and policy.

PRIVATE SECTOR

JARRETT GOOS

Jarrett Goos is an experienced employee and industrial relations professional, currently serving as Employee Relations Manager at BMA. A Griffith University alumnus, he has held senior workplace relations roles across major organisations, including Downer.
