With over 40 years of practical legal experience, Joseph Catanzariti AM is one of Australia’s leading mediators and strategic advisors. In both practice and 11 years at the Fair Work Commission, Joseph has been extensively involved either as a lawyer representing a party or as the facilitator assisting to resolve the dispute.

Over that period, Joseph has been involved in both commercial and workplace disputes. Alternate dispute resolution and achieving successful outcomes is in his DNA, and he provides alternate dispute resolution in the roles of mediator, arbitrator or expert facilitator, and strategic advisory services services throughout Australia and internationally.
