ALERA ACT - Conference

The Annual ALERA ACT conference will be held this year on April 10, 2025. 

This year the Conference will focus on a number of key issues in the Industrial Relations workplace, including:

Psychosocial WHS safety – including the new Code of Practice & Trauma informed HR   

Enterprise Bargaining changes and Fair Work legislative changes  – Briefing by the FWC including issues such as s271a; Intractable bargaining disputes, Same work, Same pay applications, closing the loophole, national labour hire; right to disconnect etc

Future in HR plenarily Session - Prof Rae Cooper, University of Sydney, Richard Denniss, Executive Director, The Australia Institute
