ALERA ACT - 2024 Moot

You are warmly invited to attend the ALERA ACT 2024 Moot Case, supported by the Fair Work Commission and Deputy President Dean.

This years case will focus on a s365 General Protections involving dismissal of which the employee asserts is adverse action pertaining to their gender. The moot will count for 1 hour of Professional Development and you will be welcome to join either online via the FWC conferencing system, or in person in Canberra.

The moot will also provide for the option for practitioners to ask questions of the Commission and pose alternatives. Light refreshments and drinks will also be served.
